ABOUT MENTORS
Mentors' informal beginnings can be traced back to the late eighties when
its promoters engaged in low intensity career planning for undergraduate
and graduate engineers and business students. Mentors was formally incorporated
in 2001 as Mentors Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. under the Indian Companies
Act 1956. With its corporate office in New Delhi, the company currently operates
through its own office in Central Delhi as well as through its branch office in
Amritsar and Jalandhar. Plans are underway to launch operations in Mumbai, Chennai,
Kolkata, Bangalore and host of other cities and States.
Born merely six years ago, Mentors Educational Services Pvt Ltd now operates on a
state-of-the-art database of more than 5,000 Foreign Universities and higher education
organizations across the world. Its rising multinational character is evident from the fact
that its expertise in admission counseling has been sought by more than six hundred students
from India, France, Kenya, Uganda, Hong Kong, Zimbabwe, Oman, UAE and Sri Lanka to date.
The company has its offices in Africa and is in the process of establishing presence in
China, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan. Mentors' uniqueness lies in its
insightful understanding of education systems and practices of universities in various
countries particularly of those in the United States. The company specializes in
creating solutions based on candidate's merits. Mentors' clients are now studying
in campuses as elite as Princeton, Harvard, Carnegie Mellon, UT Austin and many others.

MENTORS’ ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
Mentors Educational Services has two distinct Operational Units, each independent and autonomous
within the mandate provided by the Indian law. As mentioned above, these units are - The Test
Preparation Division (TPD) and the Foreign Education Enabling Division (FEED). Assisting the TPD
are FOUR different teams - The Faculty; The Preparation Quality Monitoring team; the Franchise Management
team, and the Technology Backup team.
In FEED, Educational Opportunities Research Team (EORT), Application Management Team (AMT) and
Education and Career Advice Cell (ECAC) form the core assistance units.
MENTORS’ RESOURCES
Mentors has total human capital strength of 18 personnel. All these members are highly skilled
in their respective area and boast of Master's Degrees at the least. Qualifications are in Economics,
Business, Literature, Computer Engineering and Continuing Education and the degrees have been earned
from some of India's best Universities including, Delhi University, JNU, Benares Hindu University and
IIT Delhi.
Several Professors, Career Counseling Professionals and other experts are included in our Resource
People Network, which is continuously expanding. We also have active relationships with top Travel
Managers and Event Marketers.
On the technology front, Mentors has a full-fledged Test Preparation Lab with standalone and networked
machines. Internet connectivity is round-the-clock. FEED has its own IT set-up with high-end machines,
modems, printers and other peripherals. Negotiations are on to add video-conferencing facilities as well.
